Audrey has been in the cosmetology industry since 2014, after graduating from Chattahoochee Technical College with her Master Cosmetology License. For over ten years now, Audrey has mastered her trade by learning from a celebrity makeup artist, attending Redken and Aveda classes, as well as doing hair and makeup for TV and multiple pageant systems. Weddings are her true passion and she loves making brides feel beautiful on their special day. Audrey specializes in balayage, color corrections and is a master at makeup. She believes that everyone is beautiful and her job is to simply enhance their natural beauty.

MASTER STYLIST

Ashley is a skilled and passionate hairstylist who has been in the beauty industry since 2008, when she earned her Master Cosmetology License. She has become known for her expertise in extension installations, blonding, balayage, and complex color corrections. Ashley is committed to staying ahead of the latest trends and techniques to refine her craft. Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Shona has 35+ years behind the chair, a true master of her craft. She built and ran a thriving salon for over 21 years and continues to bring her passion and expertise directly to her clients. She’s a color specialist, Brazilian blowout expert, and precision stylist. Shona's mission has always been simple, to create hair that makes you look amazing and feel unstoppable.

Sonja has been in the hair industry for over 20 years. She became a color specialist in 2002 with Toni & Guy Hairdressing and more recently became a Color Ambassador with Aveda. Sonja is dedicated to leading the studio staff and offering the most up to date color and cutting techniques for her clients. She offers free color consultations and looks forward to serving you at A&Co.

MASTER STYLIST

Alexis is a dedicated hairstylist with six years of experience specializing in blonding techniques and effortlessly lived-in styles. At 24, she’s built a career rooted in creativity, connection, and a genuine passion for making every guest feel confident and cared for. She thrives on the artistry of hair and the relationships she’s formed with her incredible clients. Outside the studio, Alexis cherishes time with her husband Clay, her daughter Eleanor, and their four beloved pets.

MASTER STYLIST

Ashley has been in the hair and beauty industry since 2002 and has loved every minute of it. She is a Master Cosmetologist and color specialist in Aveda and Redken. Ashley is always staying up to date with all the latest styles and techniques. Some of her favorite things to do are short fun cuts and layering long hair. Ashley enjoys spending time at home raising her son. 

MASTER STYLIST | INSTRUCTOR

Having more than thirty years in the cosmetology industry, Jennifer has enjoyed the many different facets of the industry, from salon ownership to licensed instructor. As an educator, she was fortunate to work with some of the greatest talent at Chattahoochee Technical College. Education is her passion, having earned both a Bachelor's degree in management and a Masters in Business Administration at Keller Graduate School. Jennifer specializes in hair coloring as well as cutting hair. She assures you that A&Co. is where you will find the most talent under one roof. 

MASTER STYLIST

Bekah graduated with her cosmetology diploma in 2022 and began her career shortly after. She specializes in men's cuts, perms and hair color. When Bekah isn't working, she enjoys spending time with family and going to the beach.

Tina has been in the cosmetology industry for over 20 years. Tina is a Redken certified haircolorist and has attended countless hair shows, including educational classes by industry expert, Roy Peters. She is Brazilian Blowout certified, enjoys a good makeover and especially loves haircuts. When Tina isn't working she enjoys spending time with her two children.

With a recently completed Cosmetology Apprenticeship in 2025 and hands-on experience as a Hair Assistant from 2023 to 2024, Veronica is building a career centered around creativity and precision. As a new stylist specializing in lived-in color and personalized haircuts, she is passionate about creating looks that feel effortless and suit each client's unique style. By creating looks that are both low maintenance and effortlessly beautiful , Veronica hopes to make each client feel their best outside the studio. When away from the studio Veronica enjoys Spending time with her family , exploring quaint towns, and making art.

With over a decade of experience, Tina Williams brings both expertise and heart to our studio. As the friendly face who greets every guest, Tina sets the tone for a welcoming and relaxing visit. Outside of the studio, Tina cherishes time spent with her family, creating memories and enjoying life’s simple joys.

RECEPTIONIST

Ava graduated with her cosmetology degree in 2025, and is one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you enter A&Co. Hair studio! She looks forward to apprenticing under the owner, Audrey Herrera, until she can obtain her cosmetology license and start building her clientele. On the weekends, Ava enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her tabby cat, Goose.

STUDIO MANAGER

Charlene ensures the business runs seamlessly behind the scenes. She supports our logistics, marketing, event planning, and strategic decisions. She has 7 years of business experience at a major corporation, a degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University, and she brings a strong foundation in strategy and organization. Charlene’s goal is to make life easier for our stylists and enhance the overall client experience. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with her family.
